红酒面线
材料:鸡,姜,红糟,麻油,酒,盐,酱油,水,面线
做法:
(1)用麻油把姜爆香,然后炒鸡
(2)半熟时加红糟,酱油,酒,之后加水煲成汤,煮大概半小时就可以加盐调味了。
(3)要吃的时候把面线用清水烫熟就可以加汤吃了。
